Treehouse Creative Workspace ("we") runs the studio at 770 Wooten Rd, #101, Colorado Springs, CO 80915, and this website. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and phone number, and your company if you give it.
- Your bookings and purchases: what you booked or bought, when, what you paid, and any notes or answers you give us.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we see only whether the payment went through.
- Files: recordings we deliver to you, files and branding you upload, and comments you leave on a review.
- Messages: what you send through our contact, office and waitlist forms, and tour or meeting requests.
- Site use: pages visited and how people find the site, through Google Analytics and Ahrefs, which use cookies. A security check from Cloudflare helps keep forms free of spam.
How we use it
- To take and manage your bookings and payments, and send confirmations, reminders and receipts.
- To deliver your files and run reviews of your edits.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Emails from us
When you create an account, you agree to get emails about your bookings and occasional news from the studio: openings, offers and updates. If you sign up for our emails on the site, you get the news too.
Every news email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the news; emails about your own bookings still come, because you need them. If you only booked a studio tour or a meeting with us, we don't send you news unless you sign up for it or book a session.
Who handles it for us
We don't sell your information. These services handle it on our behalf, only to run the site and the studio:
- Stripe: payments.
- Our website host and database provider: running the site, your account and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: file storage and the spam check on forms.
- Our email delivery service: sending our emails.
- Google: our calendars (your booking's time and details, and your name and email for a meeting), and Google Analytics.
- Ahrefs: website analytics.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Session files are kept for download until the date shown in your account, usually 30 days after your session, then deleted.
- Your account stays until you close it.
- Records of bookings and payments are kept after that, for our accounts and taxes.
Your choices
- See and update your details on your account page.
- Stop the news with the unsubscribe link in any news email.
- Close your account from your account page, or ask us to.
- Turn off analytics cookies in your browser's settings.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by email.
Children
The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
